Building the Soft Launch in public: our first week

One week ago we opened the FocalShift Soft Launch to our first wave of backers. This is the honest build log, written together by the team running it.

The campaign is flexible funding, so every contribution went to work the day it arrived. The first thing we learned: people back momentum, not promises. The days we posted a real update in the Launch Room, contributions followed.
