Onboarding felt a little long — where did you get stuck?
Loved the end result, but it took me ~15 minutes to get through setup. Curious if others hit the same friction — where did you slow down? Trying to help the team find the rough edges.

Same here. The brand kit step tripped me up — I wasn't sure if uploading a logo was required or optional to continue.
